When few items are found
If few or no items are found and you cannot get to the destination material, it is generally advisable to change keywords.
For example, if multiple keywords are entered in the previous search, remove some of them, and a wider range of database will be searched.
Other tips to solve this issue are described below.
Using natural sentences
If no item is found, the link to the search by natural sentences is shown.
What is search by natural sentence?
Sentences with particles are entered as keywords to search materials.
For example, if “how to build a server easily” is entered, the system automatically removes the particles and the phrase is divided into four keywords to search under “how OR build OR server OR easily.” As a result, materials whose information contains at least one of the four words will be found ( OR).
If multiple keywords are entered without particles, materials whose information contains at least one of them will be found.
Using natural sentences increases the number of result items. Materials that are not found because of the existence or difference of particles may be searched. In addition, materials matching at least one of multiple keywords are searched form a wider range.

- Search by natural sentence is not available depending on the library settings.
Re-executing search by corrected keywords
If a specified keyword is not listed in the dictionary of LIMEDIO, the most similar word will be shown as a correction in the result list.
Tapping or clicking the corrected word re-executes search by the word and shows the result in the list.

- Re-execution of search by corrected words is enabled only when the database in the library (you usually use) is searched.
- If non-English keywords are entered or an entered keyword matches the word in the dictionary, the correction will not be shown.
- Re-execution of search by corrected words is not available depending on the library settings.
Reviewing specified words
Reviewing the specified words may find more materials.
In normal search:
If multiple keywords are entered, reconsider them and remove unnecessary ones.
In advanced search:
If the words for targets or conditions are changed, more materials may be found.
Tap or click [Re-set conditions] in the result list and change the words.
Changing the target
Changing search target may find more materials. Changing annexes or material types is one of other effective options to increase the result items.

Selecting categories
Instead of entering keywords, select categories from the prepared list. Tracing some categories may find destination materials.
Switching to normal search from advanced one
If a search range is so narrow that no items are found as a result of advanced search, try normal search instead.
In normal search, materials will be searched by using a wider range of external search services, as well as in the library (you usually use).
